Details:

1970s Rogers Powertone floor tom no. It came from a basement were was unused for while. It seems to peel off fairly easily. I peeled back about an inch some of the wrap to reveal original new mahogany finish see last pic.

It looks like was re wrapped black as there is no Rogers chrome logo on the outside are a few creases in finish see pics. 2 of 3 legs are the same so I suspect one is not original. Could use a good cleaning. Inch i'm not a drummer but will describe it as accurately possible.
