Yes the legs are included found out that Dw drums to heavy for me carry. I bought the Dw drum set back in is sturdy and repaired it. Anyway I injected it with hot stuff glue small needle. So I sold the kit.

Did not include the floor tom because I had to repair it. So after moving to Tucson I notice it went through 3 plies. Great looking drum. Sounds great.

Anyway after a couple years later I went to change drum head and found small crack.
