Details:

Most all of the speckles, splotches etc. Its sound signature can be heard in numerous recordings, particularly during the 80s and later with rap hip-hop. Up for purchase is my Oberheim dxa drum machine, serial no.

Software samples are considered the current state of recording and many them do sound convincingly good. This unit has factory midi dxa and a unique aftermarket memory expansion installed. There are only minor abrasions here.

But because it is a vintage piece and I am not dealer, the sale final. They have no effect on any operation or performance of this unit. The shipping information cost is approximate. This unit still has a lot of trouble free years left in her.

Everything operates great all functions, buttons, sliders and jacks have been cleaned checked out. These anomalies are normal with equipment of this age and purely cosmetic. There are some color accuracy and field of depth focus issues plus a bit barrel-lens distortion as well. I promise, no surprises.

In addition there are a few very minor marks on the bottom of unit. This data file will also be supplied original dxa owners manual second edition all the sounds 20 extra sound eproms.

Also, there is the organic simplicity of operation with original hardware that just plain fun. The only feature not verified was cassette sync-to-tape operation. The current package size weight is an over guesstimate, I haven done a final pack yet.

Except where noted are artifacts from the camera itself. I can give you my word that there are no known functional issues and will carefully pack it for safe transit. The original hardware however, has a punch that many software samples just don't have.
