Do your research if you own other than Roland kits i've gotten great results with these triggers on my other Yamaha kit for the most part. I'm trying to make this sensible, so except where noted, each item including the brain includes the mounting hardware where applicable and cable.
I spent nearly a full day thoroughly cleaning this 8 kit when I got it, but there may still be mild tobacco odor that I don't notice. It's been gigged and well used in the studio, but it shows relatively moderate wear compared to a lot of gear of this vintage, and has had no issues of any kind. The photos pretty much say it all about this pad. It just came off my regular kit, and I never had an issue with it.
Important note the original owner and the only previous owner of the Roland components on offer was a heavy smoker. The Roland hi hat pedal definitely won't work with the Yamaha kits but i've had a lot of luck mixing matching rubber pads and skin type triggers between different makers' kits. Shipping for this item in Canada is this item this does not have the full mounting kit, but I have 2 other pd5's, one with just the l bar, the other with a full Roland cymbal boom clamp kit.
I won't warrant anything to work perfectly on anything other than a Roland digital kit, even though it probably will.
