As anyone who has used a lot of drum machines will know, both these features are rare on the same machine. He passed away 2 years ago and I bought the machine from his wife.

The triggers pads work good. He recorded maybe 10 songs with it in the 20 years he owned it. Song mode let's you sequence the groups of patterns together and helps you structure and edit your full song. 3 of the sounds on this machine are really punchy and articulate.

Sound mode gives you the tools to edit each individual drum sound. Pattern mode allows you to tap out the individual hits using the pads. It has several hundred 1 to 4 bar patterns that can be arranged in a myriad of ways please data stream me any questions you might have.

I knew the original owner of this machine. Finally, utility mode alters miscellaneous parameters, such as which drum sounds you assign to each pad, midi settings, etc.

This may explain why they are not often seen for sale.
